Day 1

1. Shri Aadinath Digambar Jain Temple, Srirangapatna

An ancient temple located 150 kms from Bangalore.

2. Shri Parshwanath Digambar Jain Temple and Jain Boarding Dharmashala, Mysuru

Mysuru is just 11 kms from Srirangapatna. Visit the local temple and explore Mysuru palace.

3. Kanakagiri Sidhh Kshetra

It is the Samadhi place of Aacharya Pujyapad Swamy. The place also witnessed vihar of Lord Mahavirji. It is beautiful mountain of huge stones. The great Supratishth Mahamuni because omniscient and achieved salvation here. Inscription and caves related to last Shrutkewali Bhadrabahuji are found here. The hill top has shri vijay parshwanath idol and a miniature of shri sammed shikharji tirth. In the mid hill, there an idol of shri Bahubali Swamy. Note that you can also go to the hill via your car.

4. Gommatgiri

Small hillock with an ancient 16-feet statue of Bahubali, located 24 kms from Mysuru.

5. Shri Baahubali Theertha, Kaaveri Dhaama, (Basadi Hosakote)

Tirth

A peaceful temple and a nice viewpoint on the banks of the river Kaveri, located 40 kms from Gommatgiri.

6. Assam Bhavan, Shravanabelgola

Dharmshala

50 kms from Kaaveri Dhaam. Comfortable stay with AC rooms available. Can also go for 'Vidyanand Nilaya' for a cheaper stay or in case if this dharmshala is full. Bhojanshala is located near jain mutt temple.

Day 2

1. Chandragiri Hill, Shravanabelgola

Tirth

Site of 15 ancient temples, the Samadhi cave of Acharya Bhadrabahu and charan of Muni Chandragupta.

2. Vindhyagiri Hill, Shravanabelgola

Tirth

Home to the popular massive monolithic idol of Bahubali Swamy, built during the 10th century.

3. Jain Mutt Temple, Shravanabelgola

Darshan, followed by lunch at the nearby Bhojanshala. There are 4-5 more temples in the town.

4. Jinnathpuram

An ancient Jain pilgrimage site, just 2 kms from Shravanabelgola. 2 temples - Shri Parshwanath Basadi and Shri Shantinath Basadi are located here.

5. Kambadahalli Jain Mutt

Tirth

Located 20 kms from Shravanabelgola, a 2000-year-old temple complex and gurukul run by the trust for young kids.

6. Shri Paras Dham Atishay Kshetra

Tirth

Located just 24 kms from Kambadahalli, on the way to bangalore.

7. Mandargiri Hill, Tumkur

Located 90 kms from Paras Dham. Features a unique Samosharan temple and a scenic lake viewpoint on the hill (you can either climb or use your vehicle). On the base, there is a 21 feet monolithic idol of Shri Chandraprabhu Swamy and a pichhi shaped guru mandir.
